Note: Order this case with the 1/8" (3.2mm) foam VapeBoxz kit for devices thicker than 1/2" (12.7mm) such as the Ego, Riva, Toronado, Hello Good Buy and H16. This case is also a must if you want to use the larger, 6ml bottles or would like to carry 3-4 additional small batteries.
Note: Certain "Mod" devices such as the Chuck, Silver Bullet and Mr. Puffer are too thick/wide for these cases. While the device itself won't fit, consider ordering the Deep 5" (12.7cm) to hold spare atomizers, batteries and liquid bottles.

Why do the cases take so long to ship?
Each ArtBoxz case is hand-made to order. Due to the number of options available for each case and the number of custom orders, the cases can't really be pre-made. Depending upon the complexity of your case, the number of orders pending and/or the distance it has to ship, your case should arrive 2-4 weeks from the order date.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will get an email with the USPS tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Is the artwork just a pre-made sticker on the cases?
No. The artwork is printed on special adhesive papers, hand-cut to fit each case size ordered and then hand-finished.
What do you use to finish the case?
I use spray lacquer to finish the cases. If the case has special textures or a raised image, such as the fine art brush strokes or the carved effect on the Carved Dragon case, I use a thick, clear medium similar to epoxy.
What kind of finishes are available?
Most cases are finished with a smooth lacquer finish. The fine art cases are finished with either a brush stroke or fresco finish. Some cases have a raised edge finish on parts of the image, such as the Kells Claddagh, the Carved Dragon, the "tiles" on Purple Oyster Shell and the Abalone Mosaic and the snakeskin finish on the Anaconda Faux Finish.

How do I know if my e-cigarette device or other supplies will fit in a case?
You can download a printable template by clicking HERE. Lay out your supplies on the template to see the length of case you'll need. Don't forget that there are also two depths: Thin and Deep. The thin case will hold devices up to 1/2" (12.7mm) and the Deep case will hold devices up to 3/4" (19.05mm) thick.
What if I just want to use a credit card, don't want to use PayPal or open a PayPal account?
You can order your case and choose the "Print and Call" option. I will contact you with my address and then you can mail a check for full payment. Your order will be processed once the check clears.
If you wish to pay with a credit card, but don't want to open a PayPal account, you can still use the PayPal credit card feature but bypass the registration without opening an account. You will find information on how to do this by clicking HERE.

Is there an additional charge for custom artwork?
Even with necessary printer tests and additional material waste, custom ArtBoxz cases are only $5 more than the standard cases.
I need help with making my custom artwork fit the case. Can you help?
Yes! Just contact me and I will assist you. And there is no charge for this service!
Can you make a custom size case for me? Will you be carrying larger cases?
Unfortunately, that can't be done at this time. The company I order the bulk blanks from only carries the sizes I offer and has no interest in making other sizes - I've already asked!
Do you sell e-cigarettes or e-liquid?

Lifetime Warranty
If your case breaks due to a manufacturing or hand-finishing defect, so long as the item is still available, we will replace the item. This warranty does not cover damage due to dropping, normal wear and tear, dishwasher damage, crushing or any other accidental damage not related to the manufacture of the case. How do I pay with a credit card without a PayPal account?
Please follow the easy 4-step instructions below.
